I can’t thank Mitch for the kindness he extended always to my 86 year old mom. He had an amazing heart. One day my son had a beautiful horse racing sweatshirt. I asked him where he got it?? He said Mitch got it for him. Sent it home with my mom. We’re all deeply saddened hearing of the passing of Mitch. He was always smiling and full of life. God bless Mitch and his entire family. Thoughts and prayers.

My heart is broken - never ever met a kinder more loving and generous soul!
Know he was and always be a star in the heavens - May he be wrapped in the loving arms of his dear mother. She raised a very good man - he loved everyone -everyone loved him - prayers to him and his dear and loving family. God bless all of you.

Having known “of” Mitch from the time the two of you met, I never had a doubt about his sweet soul. He captured the heart of my friend and they never looked back. I’m so glad I had a chance to know him, even if mostly through Stacy. My heart breaks for you and the kids Stace. May you all honor him by following your passions and living your best lives. Much love to all of those Mitch touched with his kindness and care.

From Bob and Nancy Pagliarulo; Nancy was Mitches first patient at his clinic on Summer St. After all these years Mitch would always tell the people in the clinic about Nancy being the first patient. It made her feel proud and happy ! He always had an uplifting Spirit that made you feel good. We will sincerely miss the Old Boy . Rest In Peace. The entire Pagliarulo Family.
