ROSEMARY WHELAN Obituary

ROSEMARY WHELAN Rosemary Ann Whelan passed away peacefully January 4, 2018, in her sleep, at age 92. She grew up with eight brothers and sisters in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Rosemary and Fenton, her husband, of nearly 50 years, moved to Boulder City, in 1953, where Fenton began teaching languages at Boulder City High School, while Rosemary embarked on a banking career spanning 25 years, beginning as a teller at Bank of Nevada and culminating as Assistant Vice President for Boulder City's Wells Fargo Bank. Rosemary lived life her wayalways! She and Fenton enjoyed the Las Vegas lifestyle and they traveled extensively. She is survived by her two children, Tom and Patti; her sisters, Joanne and Jeannie; her brother, Jack; and four grandchildren, Christopher, Mallory, Darby and Westleigh. Mass for Rosemary's family and friends will be at 11 a.m. Friday, January 12, at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, 1399 San Felipe Drive, Boulder City. Burial following at Boulder City Municipal Cemetery, 501 Adams Blvd.
