Mark was a sincere man of God who showed love to all. He was always there to help if he could. He will definitely be missed by his family, friends and those of us who were blessed to know him at Port Manatee. I pray for God's presence and peace to be with those that he left behind.

We only got together a few times, but I felt like I knew him forever. Working with Ginger for 18 years, I heard so many Mark stories. "Pumpkindog" will always be one of our favorites! Phillip was in awe of your talents. You will be remembered as a kind, funny and generous man. Your family and friends adored you and you will be truly missed. Much love to the Chapman family.

There aren't enough words in this world to describe the generous, loyal, loving, kind, hard-working man that my uncle Mark was. I've looked up to him my entire life, and thought the world of him. I remember one of the last times I saw him, he stopped and fished with my dad and I. That was such A beautiful day. He was like another dad to me, and will always hold a special place in my heart. I will always cherish the many memories I have with him. He was the greatest uncle girl could ask for. He will be deeply missed, and my deepest and sincerest condolences to out to his family and friends.

I will never forget you Mark, over the last 20 years you have tought me so many things, so many life lessons. God must have needed something fixed that no one else in the world could fix. I will never forget your smiling face, your right on time humor and the fact that there wasn't anyone that you wouldn't help. Thank you for being my friend.

I had only met Mark a couple of times but from the first meeting I could tell Mark was the kind of person I love to deal with He was a straight shooter no non sense kind of man.
My prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends. God bless!

I grew up with the Chapman family. Mark was like my own Brother to me. Such a kind and gentle man that would do anything for anybody at the drop of a hat. He will be missed. RIP, my Brother.

Mark was my friend for many years,I will never forget all our times together. He was kind and would do anything he could for anyone, including giving you the shirt off his back. He was funny and made me laugh so hard I would feel like my face would fall off. What I loved most about him is the way he loved and took care of his family, he was indeed a "real" man. You will be forever in my heart my friend. I will never forget you.
