Condolences to the family, Carlos was a great friend who will be dearly missed. We traveled to many places across this great nation when we were on the workforce board and NACO. He was well known and respected. Will miss having lunch at his two favorite places, Joe Cotten's BBQ and Chente's Mexican Restaurant. He would always take his father there for the mojella tacos. We lost a great man but God gained a great ambassador in Heaven. God Bless you, Carlos Herrera.

My deepest condolences to the family of Carlos Herrera. I knew Carlos since 1981. He was a grand friend. We shared time together that I will hold dear in my heart forever. He cared deeply for his friends. I was blessed to have had a friend like Carlos. He had a quirky sense of humor. He possessed a sweet spirit. I will pray for the repose of his soul. Carlos was always on my prayer list. I had hoped to see him again. He now rests in the love and care of Our Lord and Blessed Mother Mary. I will see him again one day. Rest in peace Carlos.
