Dear Kathy, I, unfortunately, just heard that Jim had passed. I feel awful hearing this news. Please accept my deepest sympathy. We had so much fun in our high school days. I will not forget his great smile. Love to you.

Kathy, I was a classmate of Jim's. I am so sorry about his passing. Nothing worse than loosing a loved one. I certainly will pray for you and your family. May God's peace be with you.

Kathy, I extend my sympathy to you and your family. I always picture Jim with a big smile on his face. You, he and your family will be in my prayers.

Kathy, Nancy and I exend our condolences. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Jim was a good high school buddy and left some good memories.

Kathleen, I knew Jim from First Grade on and played with him in Grade School and football in High School. I would see him occasionally at Marquette and it was always good to reminisce.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

People stand out in our lives because of who they are. Jim was a truly dedicated professional who cared deeply about the mission he served. He was an exceptional teacher, a fair-minded conscience for the leaders he supported, and the consummate professional. We're losing way too many of the pioneers and unsung heroes who contributed some much to the foundations of security we still rely on today.

Jim taught me everything I know about cryptography back in 1984. He was a great teacher and mathematician.

I worked with and for Jim beginning in 1995. He was a pleasure to work with, and we had so many interesting and delightful conversations. Jim was a good man.

Aunt Kathy, you are in our thoughts daily. We will miss Uncle Jim dearly, his fun, quiet sense of humor within all our of crazy family gatherings was always a joy. I am so glad we had a great visit with you both last March. All of our love, Mary, Matt, Drew (Lexy), & Connor.

Kath - So sorry to hear about Jim. I was so hoping he would beat this awful disease. I will try to come down for the memorial.
