Pat was my first friend at Trinity United Methodist Church in Annapolis 16 years ago, and she ended up being like a mother to me. When my daughter's very special grandmother passed away two months before her wedding, Pat sent my daughter a message telling her she would gladly be her stand in grandmother at the wedding, and she did. When my granddaughters were born 8 and 6 years ago, she became their great grandma, and kept up with all of their antics. I so loved Pat so.

I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. She was like a mother to me, a grandmother to my daughter (Christa) and a great grandma to my granddaughters (Makenzie and Madison). Please accept my sincerest sympathies on her passing. May God Bless the family during this time of mourning.

Pat has been my next door neighbor for 15 years. She was always helpful and cheerful and always willing to help. I will miss her witty remarks.
Go in peace with God now. You will be greatly missed.

I was not lucky enough to meet this Wonderful mother, however I am lucky enough to know her daughter Judi & I can honestly say she was raised with morals and love of decent people. With that said I,m truly sorry for Ms.Wagners passing but I know she is now where she wanted to be and Judi need not worry or be sad cause she will.see her mother again and now she can carry on what she has learned, gained from her mom's love & wisdom. ( hugs)

It’s her character
and the way she treats people
It’s her sense of understanding
and the way she’s there
for loved ones.
It’s her generous heart
and love of friends and family
It’s more than what she does...
It’s who she is
to be truly remarkable
