Mr. Jochen was JV tennis coach for SCAHS in the '70s. He didn't play favorites. He gave all players his undivided attention and worked with each of us to be the best we could be. Mr. Jochen embodied everything that is good in coaching. Thank you, Mr. Jochen.

Deepest sympathy on the passing of Mr. Jochen to his family and friends. He was a memorable English teacher in junior high and leaves a wonderful legacy of students.

Carl, Jere and the Jochen family, I'm sorry to learn of Ron's death. I never had him as a teacher. but, knowing his kids, I know I missed meeting a good man. My sympathies.

Mr. Jochen was great teacher and brought real life examples to the class room. I'm sorry to hear about his passing, RIP.
