Aaron Elster was a very good man, he talked in my middle school Oak Prairie last year, It was very interesting to listen to his stories and going to the Holocaust Museum. It's very heartbreaking that he is passed, but his stories will live on forever in history.

I am sorry to hear the news a about your loss.
May God who "binds up the broken hearted" and comforted all who mourns" sustain your family during this challenging time. Isaiah 61:1,2

Deepest sympathies to Mr. Elster's family, friends, and colleagues. His humanitarian contributions will live on forever memorialized at and through the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center. His bravery in not only surviving the Holocaust, but bearing witness throughout his life will never be forgotten. May his memory be a blessing. Peace to all.

Mr. Elster was an inspiration to all my students at West Aurora High School. He telling his story was so moving that made me a better teacher because my students want to change the world. We all will miss you. Thank God we have you in hologram form. Joseph Sustersic
