I am so sorry about Joe's passing and even more sorry I could not attend the services.
I will always have many fond memories of Joe. The thoughts and prayers of my family are with you.
I know Joe will be missed by many, as he was always one of those people that when they walked into a room the energy changed for the better.

worked with him in the 17th District for 10 years. Great guy & a good policeman.
