Beloved daughter of Clarence and Eleanore (nee Wolter); cherished sister of Marilyn Schulien-Cronin (Gil Davis), and stepsister of Julie Kendrick; loving aunt to Jerome Cronin (Jason Parker), Patricia Ayers, and great-aunt to Stephanie, Brooke, Dayna and Royce; best friend of Geri Peck. Jackie will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was a dedicated employee of Lapham-Hickey Steel over 40 years and a longtime active member of Peace Memorial Church, 10300 West 131st St., Palos Park, IL, where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2017. After just seeing and chatting with Jackie in June, it's hard to believe that she's passed on. Growing up in Peace church, I remember her as a member in the choir along with my mom & dad. She always wore a smile and had a friendly word; often making a point to speak to me when I was visiting. I will miss her, as I know, the church and the many lives she touched will. It was a privilege and a blessing to have known her.
