My Victor, My Victor. We both knew how much we meant to each other. You were my coworker, my singing buddy, my brother in Christ, my counselor, and good friend. Words can not even began to express how much I miss you. My heart aches everyday when I dont see you at work. There were so many things that we talked about. Family, religion, politics, television, music, food, culture, we discussed these and many more. Religion and family were most important to us both. I am so blessed to have known you these past 20 years. You taught me so much while you were here. I will never forget you. You will always have a special place in my heart, my brother, Victor. Until we meet again, let the church say amen.❤

My heart aches and my life will never be the same without my Vic. To the family, Victor loved each and everyone of you unconditionally and expressed that to me often, i am truly truly sorry for your loss. My heart aches for you as well. Victor brought the happy with him each time he entered a room. I was Victor's work wife for many years and he really proved to be such a genuine gentleman, friend and co-worker time and time again. My well-being was important to him and he made that very clear and always did what he could to help me. My goodness i will forever be grateful for that and never forget him. Although im devastated I am so very grateful to God for allowing the time ive had with such an awesome man! I'll get my peace from that....My Vic, my friend rest easy until we meet again. I know you're at the pearly gates ready to bring the cheer ❤❤❤

Victor was a wonderful and caring person. He was a pleasure to work with and I was shocked to hear of his passing. I guess God wanted Victor with him a bit sooner. Heaven has another angel.

Victor and I worked in different units. However, about ten years ago, my unit was temporarily moved to his floor and my work station was placed next to his for several months. During that short time it became clear that Victor was a very kind and generous man. On the day before my unit returned to its permanent location Victor gave me a going away present of sparkling apple juice and a card. Like many at the Board I will miss Victor. I wish his family and friends all possible comfort and consolation at this time.
