Gary and Karen,
I have fond memories of visiting Uncle Harold and Aunt Betty. Uncle Harold always called me ma Cherie. I was very young and did not know its translation but I knew it was a term of endearment and felt special and loved when he called me ma Cherie. I also remember the sailfish on the wall above the pool table in the house in Oak Lawn. It was big and had a pointy nose, very cool to a young child. May all your fond and funny memories live on in your hearts and minds.

With deepest sympathy to you and your families,
Cheryl & Rick Nowicke

Harold was a wonderful man and I was blessed to have him as my Uncle Harold. He was joyful and kind in every memory I have of him and he will be missed. I know he is now at peace in heaven with Aunt Betty.

My sympathy to Gary and Karen and their families for this loss.

Dear Tauss Family:
Joyce & I were sorry to learn that Harold has passed away. The Tauss's were the first of our new neighbors on 101st Place that led to a long friendship. We spent many an evening playing Pinochle and other board games and listening to their many cuckoo clocks.

Although Harold & Betty moved up north, we did see them on occasion. Please accept our condolences on your loss.
