Jeremy, you have touched so many lives in your short lifetime, and truly made a difference to those who have known you. You are loved by so many and gone from us way too soon. Your presence will be missed, but your spirit will live on in our hearts for a long time to come.
To Susan, Hannah and Josh - May the love you share together, along with the love and prayers of family and friends embracing you, help you find the strength to go on through this difficult time of loss.
With all my love -

I don't think I ever crossed paths with Jeremiah (at a ice rink) without having some kind hockey conversation. We shared many stories of games played, his team and coaching, growing up in Evanston, Blackhawks, and even training ideas to get Josh even better! He even tried Josh out as a Goalie for two hours at a goalie practice at the end of this 2017-18 season and although Josh did very well, laughingly, we both agreed he was too good a player to switch now. I am very sad and my condolences go out to all that Jeremiah touched, family, friends, and the hockey community as well. I will miss you Jeremiah.
