Lynn was the middle of my wife Jo Ann's three brothers. Jo Ann and I had many memorable experiences with Lynn and his family. He and his family moved to the Chicago area about the time Jo Ann and I moved to Southern California. Jo Ann particularly had many fond memories of Lynn as he lived at home after WW II, while attending the University of Utah. We enjoyed visits to their home in Brigham City, Utah when Chris and Bruce were little and were intrigued with dinosaurs.
Over the coming years the four couples would get together periodically for sibling family reunions .
Jo Ann accompanied me on a business trip with a weekend stopover visit with Lynn and Pat while Chris and Bruce were teenagers. Years later our middle son Dan wanted to see his uncle Lynn and made a visit to see Lynn and Pat.
Lynn was one who enjoyed playing a variety of games and was particularly good at games that needed extra knowledge.
I truly miss the Marti family, particularly since my wife Jo Ann died April 22, 2017 and now Lynn October 30, 2017. Dale and Ray and their wives died a few years ago.
I hope my family and I can stay in touch with Jo Ann's nieces and nephews over the coming years.

Paul Francis (jo Ann Marti was my wife for 58 years)
