Barbara: I was so sorry to hear that our dear Les has left us. I truly cherish the years I worked with him. He was my mentor - a true gentleman and a scholar. Remember the night we had dinner with your dad and my grandfather, who were classmates at Armour Institute? Your dad brought his yearbook that my grandfather had signed! I will miss Les dearly. May his blessed memory bring comfort to you.

My sincere condolences on Leslie's passing. Seventy Five years ago, Leslie and I lived across the alley on 68th street, between Morgan and Carpenter, and became good friends. Reading about his legal career, shows what I could tell that my good friend had a great future. I remember going to the show, stopping at the Kite delicatessen on 65th and Halsted, and getting a corned beef on rye. So good! Visited him when we were in high school, me at Parker and Leslie at Hirsch. Lost track after that. But we seem to both have an MBA from the University of Chicago, still in common from our youth. So glad to learn bout Leslie's great career.
