"Miss Coughlin" ...the VERY best teacher I had at St. A's..3 + 5th grades. I still remember the day she came in, I saw a new ring on her finger.."Ooooh...did you get engaged? What's his name?" "Jack Schufreider: she replied. THE best! Yrs. later, I taught Tom in 1st grade, she then was at Loyola when my son was. And then 2 yrs. ago I "found" her at 3 Crowns Park. She was still witty as can be. The world became a better place as she/Jack raised 7 "super boys" and were a perfect example of what a loving family is. I'm grateful for what she taught me thru the yrs. Blessings to the whole Schufreider family.

My condolences to the immediate and extended Schufreider family. I remember well the warmth and positive spirit of Mr. and Mrs. Schufreider--a truly great team. The entire Schufreider family is in my thoughts and prayers, and especially at this most challenging time. Patrick Moorhead, former Loyola Academy faculty
