December 2, 2019 When I & my friends moved into the city we began to play mahjong with Phyllis. I imagine that we were about 10 years younger than Phyllis, but she fit right into our group. We had many pleasant afternoons together & she will be missed. She was a true friend to me and I trusted her to always give me good advice. We shared so many lunches at Wildfire and so many phone calls. She never forgot my birthday or anniversary. She was smart and funny and caring and you were so lucky to have her for your mother. I will miss her deeply forever.
