So sadly learned about Fred's passing today Dec 18. Having worked with him at CCU for 15 years, I will remember Fred for his dry sense of humor. He never failed to make us laugh. Condolences to Joyce and the family.

Fred and I were high school friends and got together last in 1967/68 for a visit to rehash old times and friends and a poor game of tennis - on my part. Fred, too simply put, was one of the nice guys; I'm sorry our time together in the Chicago area was brief. My condolences to his family.

My friend, Fred's presence will be missed at the annual Bell City Brass Works Christmas concert at Sacred Heart. I'm certain though that he'll have a heavenly spectator's seat. My sincere sympathy to Joyce, Scott , Susan and families.
