Mr. Soto was my Dean 11 years ago. I always remembered him standing there every single morning greeting everyone that came into the building. "Good morning, pull your pants up, good morning, take off your hat". At 15 or 16 years old, you never would have known how much this man truly cared about about students and their education. Only now, after reading about him and his dedication to students and their education, do I wish I could have thanked him for everything he has done. It takes a special person to be an educator, and he truly was special. My deepest condolences to the Soto family for their loss.
