To the Spurlin family both immediate and extended, I have had the pleasure to befriend Mr. Spurlin for many years now. I had always found him to be a man's man but yet always generous and kind to me and my wife Dawn. I always looked forward to the family events that Dawn and I would attend, Mr. Spurlin always found the time to socialize with me, always talking horse racing , something I believe we both had a passion for and a common interest. I will very much miss Bob Junior asking me for the list of my horses to share with his father so he could cheer for me. Know that as long as he is remembered he will remain with us. I look forward to the time I talk horse racing with him again. Here's to good man! God bless you all during this difficult time,
