Sally was one of my Docents on the Boat. When I read that she’d passed away I was saddened. Sally was a lovely lady and was loved by all. My condolences to you her family.

I will miss Sally’s hilarious sense of humor and love of learning. As docents for Chicago Architecture Foundation, we found one another and learned to seek out one another’s company on CAF events and trainings. As a former teacher, I appreciated Sally’s insights and I enjoyed sharing our common interests. I will miss her and I feel so very lucky to have known Sally.

Sally was a teacher's teacher, she was one of the first teachers to extend the "hand of fellowship" to me when I started started my teaching career at Monroe School. Sally offered sage wisdom with a good dose of humor. I honor, appreciate and will miss her. My condolences to her family.

Sally was one of the best. So kind and giving. We did not know her long but she made a big impact on all that met her. Sally will be missed and loved forever. I only wished we could have met sooner.

I wish I could express my sympathy in person. Sally was a professional and dedicated educator who loved the students she served. Please remember that those who are no longer within the grasp of our hands, have put off their earthly shoes to walk softly in our thoughts and hearts. We only need to be quiet and listen. May her memories forever be a blesssing!

Words cannot express the sorrow we all feel now with the loss of our beloved Sally. Sally was so gifted in so many ways and we all loved her big eyes and smile. May the fond memories of the past sustain us during this difficult time. I will miss my morning call to Sally . Her Toronto family is mourning with you - we are there virtually due to COVID. Love Evie and all the gang in Toronto
