So sorry to learn of the passing of a wonderful lady. It was a pleasure to have known her. My thoughts are with her brother Michael who will be strengthened by his everlasting memories of Susanne.

On behalf of the Sisters of Charity, BVM, I offer condolences to Susanne's family and friends. May your memories of the good she accomplished in her lifetime and the love she shared console you as you grieve her death. The Our Lady of Angels fire is still strong in our Sisters' memories and we daily pray for those who survived and for the families of those who died.

I had the privilege of visiting Miss Sue a few times with my dear friend Mary Harris, her niece.
Each time, even though she was in great pain she tried to be a hostess and was very concerned that we might be hungry or thirsty.
She told us how grateful she was to the family and friends who took the time out of their busy days to come and visit her even for a short time.
It was my honor knowing this Great Lady even for a short time before she went back to heaven.
