When Tom served as the athletic trainer at Loyola Academy, where I had taught and coached, he shared his many stories about his days in the same capacity with the Chicago Cardinals' football team in the 1950's. He always impressed me as a prince and a gentleman whose years of service are legendary. Condolences to Jeanine and their family on their loss, and may I ask all of us who believe in God to remember that we never see a person for the last time. May Tom rest in peace, as he so richly deserves.

a true humble, classy gentleman. No better role model for Athletic Trainers and all health care professionals. I am always honored to follow in his footsteps. Kevin McDonough A.T.C., R.N.

Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of Tom. A true pioneer in his field. I was unable to make the memorial service yesterday.
