My condolences to Nancy and the rest of Bill's family.

I also knew Bill from the Board. For several years prior to our retirements we worked on the same floor, though in different departments. When I would go into his office on business, we often talked about other matters too. He always had such a good sense of humor. It was fun just being with him. We talked about getting together after our retirements (in the park adjacent to the RRB where we could have a drink to those still working), but alas we never did. He will be missed.

I first met Bill in 1951 when we were both in 7th grade at Myra Bradwell in South Shore. We worked together at the RRB for more than 30 years. Our high school class reunions will never be the same without Bill!
