Russell S. Hartley, Jr.
CHILLICOTHE: Russell Story Hartley, Jr., 41, of Chillicothe passed from this life on Friday, April 1, 2016 in Grant Medical Center, Columbus as the result of injuries received in an accident. He was born December 15, 1974 in Jacksonville, FL, the son of Russell S. and Charlotte (Beam) Hartley, Sr.
Surviving are his parents, Russell S. Hartley, Sr., and Charlotte Ball; step-mother, Beth Cottrill; sisters, Treiva Cottrill (Joshua Baskerville) and Elizabeth Hartley; brothers, Steven (Jackie) Hartley, Robert Hartley, John Boltenhouse and Sean Boltenhouse, all of Chillicothe and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends at the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 7, 2016. Private services will be held at the discretion of the family. His family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or to a local area food bank.

Russ it was an honor to have met you, talked, prayed, had good times, and stood together in the tough times. You deeply touched our heart's and lives. We know through our talks and prayers, that you have reached your spot in heaven, and the earthy struggles we all face are over for you. God Bless you and rest now our brother.
