Hood was a true knockemstiffer, to know him was to love him. His friendship was unconditional. My dad loved him as a son, Mark worked with dad an Dale Johnson at McAllister Chevrolet, he truly loved them an they had so much fun. One new year they all made a bet. The First one to smoke had to give the others 10 dollars. Well they all did real good for a while, then one evening after he dropped Mark off he stopped an got a pack of cigarettes. The next morning they were all standing in there little circle before work an dad opened the pack of cigarettes he gave everyone a cigarette. He got his lighter out an gave Mark a light then Dale. Mark started laughing telling dad he know He could out last him an Dale. Dad said yell he really wanted one that's why I lit yours first. Marks eyes got big an just laughed turned around an went to work. Later when Mark was telling me about it, he said yell your Dad an Dale they taught me a lot of lesson, an we really laughed so hard about it. I know Mark had a lot of friends, but he really loved Marty an Sue. Thank you guys for everything. Also He really enjoyed everyone in to the senior hall where he worked, they we like family. Hood was just a good Dude, really one of a kind. May GOD watch over you pal. Dave Sams
