Robert Eugene Gibson
CHILLICOTHE: Robert Eugene Gibson, 76, of Easterday Road, Chillicothe, Ohio died 8:23 a.m. Sunday 7 February 2016 at his home.
He was born 24 July 1939 in Latham, Ohio the son of the late Thorton Andrew Gibson and Estie Gibson. Robert and Karen Sue (Holton) Gibson have been together for 25 years.
Also Surviving are two sons; Brett Gibson of Chillicothe and Cain Osborne and wife Vickie of Waverly, Ohio, two daughters, Suzette Bowels and Cara Osborne and husband Matt both of Chillicothe, 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren, brother; Raleigh Tackett and wife Dora of Springfield, Ohio. Also surviving are three special people in his life; Matt Fury, Twyla Carter and Kathy Sines.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Luanne Gibson, two brothers; Doug and Andy Gibson and a very special grandson, Cody Gibson.
A Family Gathering will be held Wednesday, 10 February 2016 from 4 - 7 p.m. at the Maple Grove Church on St Rt #50 and #29, Chillicothe. Military services by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard will be held 4:00 p.m. at the church on Wednesday.
Calling hours will not be observed. Arrangement are under the direction of the BOYER FUNEERAL HOME, Waverly.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Boyer Funeral Home, 125 West Second Street, Waverly Ohio 45690 to help with expenses.

Went to School and ran around with Bob as a teenager in Beaver. A bunch of Classmates went to see him for the 40th Reunion. Great memories. RIP Bob
