I just read Kate's obituary in the Nottingham University Alumni Magazine, Connect. I am so sorry to hear this news. I met Kate at Runshaw College, and we both went to Nottingham to do Chemistry, sharing a house for a year. We lost touch after university (my fault I think!) but I was thinking of Kate recently after stumbling across a postcard from days gone by. I am so sorry for your loss. Kate was a good friend to me during our formative years. With best wishes, Elna

Very sorry to hear this. I knew Kate at Nottingham Uni. While I haven't seen her for many years, I can still remember her enthusiasm - even after falling out of our raft into the River Trent. My thoughts are with you.

I am so sorry to hear about Kate. We were friends at Highfield and Hollinshead Street brownies and guides. I remember her being able to do the Rubix cube, which was a very impressive achievement at primary school. My thoughts are with you all.
