Aunty Betty was part of our family celebrations for many years and always had a story to tell. My children grew up going to the Zack home on Christmas Eve where our special aunties Betty and Terry and our Uncle Louie were waiting for us, and beautiful little Mary Jo was there too until she found that handsome Stan. However, there was a tradition we all followed even on the coldest Christmas Eve.

When we arrived, we sang Christmas carols at the door, and entered with both aunties and Uncle Louie when he was with us, singing along. Oh those wonderful Slovak foods we shared. Christmas Day meant they would all come to our home. Many happy memories are ours from the celebrations we shared together for years.

Mary Jo, you have a new angel to watch over you and your family. I have no doubt that she is free from pain and back to enjoying life with my mom and Uncle Louie. May God Bless and watch over all of you in these challenging times. But believe me, she will always keep a kind eye on her precious daughter and her family. She was so proud of her Mary Jo, and you have been a loving daughter caring for Mom through all her hardships. Thank you and your family. Much love, Jeanetty, Naana, & Kwasi Jumah
