Heaven has truly gained an angel! As a donor to Fairhaven Rescue Mission for over 20 years, I got know Dave like a friend through our monthly notes and prayer requests. He is a kind and generous soul, a true model of what it looks like to selflessly serve Christ.

I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I remember him as a very kind man who loved his family and students so much. (I attended grade school with his daughter.) My prayers are with the family.

What a true example of what it means to be a Christian! From the time I met him several years ago I was truly impressed by his willingness to serve! Whenever he came into the store he always was full of joy and asked how he could pray for me, which he did many times! A wonderful man of God who will be greatly missed! I know that I have been so blessed to have known him! Although my wife, Barbara, never got to meet him, it was as she knew him because I would tell her about him and his great God given Mission at Fairhaven!

Dave was a blessing to know and to work with. He was the Principal at Calvary Christian when my wife Nancy was there. I worked with David at
Cincinnati Sport Service...He also presided at our wedding at Calvary in Feburary of 1992. I also ministered from time to time. at Fair Haven Rrescue Mission. The entire family and all of his friends are in my and Nancy's as well as Thad"s thoughts and prayers...
Heaven has gained a true saint...
