Dear Mary, I was also with P&G for 36 years and remember Fred with great respect and affection. I first met him at a sales meeting in Chicago in Jan, 1960. George Brady was the Sales Mgr. (I assume you knew him??) and I was an assistant out of Cincinnati. Fred was hugely popular with all salesmen because he was so cooperative and did everything he could to help us. Not all Office Managers were like that. He ran an efficient, happy office and that took talent and hard work.
Please accept my condolences to you and your family. Frank Richter ([email protected])

The warmth of Pop's light remains in the world through those he touched. He would want that warmth to continue. It takes a spark to get a fire going. Once it is lit, everyone near the fire are warmed. Let's continue to share Pop's "spark" with those we meet. He certainly brought warmth into our lives.

Stan and I are so thankful that "Pop" became a part of our lives when Amy Jo and Brandon married. Love and warmth radiated from him, especially through his twinkling eyes. Sending much love and much sympathy,

Sorry to hear about Fred. We had been long time family friends back at the Anderson Hills Swim Club.
