January 6, 2018
Among my familys closest friend. She remained close with my mother Virginia visiting her regularly until her death in 2016.
Helen counseled and then guided me to buy an Oceanside condo in Florida minutes from her condo and a jazz club in Coco Beach in the 1990s
I remember meeting her there often with my ex and still close friend Cynthia.
With Harry she showed me the best restaurants and all the fun things to do there.
Our evenings at the jazz club inspired me to buy the Blue Wisp Jazz Club. I even brought up some of the acts that played there.
As I think back I realize how much the Fabe Family meant to my family and I including buying our house on Rose Hill from Helens uncle when I was 3 years old.
Helens aura of energy and love of life was contagious and unsurpassed.

Im am so sorry I missed the funeral but Marsha and I have the flu.

Linda and Barb, my relationship with your mom and dad went on long after we went our separate ways after high school. Your parents treated me almost like their own son and I will never forget them.
