Jerry Szczur

Jerry Szczur, beloved husband of Kathy Szczur, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the age of 55.

He was the loving father to Katie and David Szczur; brother of Christine Spangler (Harvey Shapiro), the late Robert "Bob" Szczur (Sherry), and the late Thomas Szczur (Debbie); uncle of Jackie, Sam, Wendy, TJ, Jason, Jessica, Ryan, Frankie, Maddy, Emily & Grace.

A visitation will be held on Monday, June 14 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Tri County, 11285 Princeton Pike, Springdale 45246. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Saint Michael Catholic Church, 11144 Spinner Ave, Cincinnati 45241. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Springdale.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jerry's memory to The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, The Gang of Seamstresses (provider of port access shirts) or to Hospice of Cincinnati. Condolences at www.springgrove.org.

I am only a recent acquaintance of Jerry but it was truly my pleasure to get to know him. I am deeply saddened by his passing and I wish peace to Jerry's family.
