Dear Burley family: We appreciated your mom and dad's ministry to Westwood in the 1970's. Your mom always had a smile and a good word to say to all.

We offer our sincere condolences at the loss of Marilyn. She and Bill were fine supporters of Ohio Wesleyan, through which we knew them. It was always a pleasure to be in their company, and now that both have joined the heavenly host, we shall miss Marilyn, as we do Bill.

To all our the Burley family,

We have many fond memories of your parents and you "kids" while you were at Westwood UMC. Afterwards, whenever we were in the same place, they sought us out, greeted us warmly, and wanted to hear what was new in our lives. For some reason the hymn "I Danced in the Morning" comes to mind as I remember your mom and think of her in heaven.
