Patty lived at the end of our street for many years. We would see her walking her dog every day - she would often stop to talk. She was always interested in what was happening in our lives. Always a happy, up beat, supportive & loving person. We shared a love of animals. She was one of the finest people we have ever had the pleasure of being in our lives. She touched so many lives in a positive way. She will be greatly missed - we loved her. A permanent star now - shine on, Patty.
Much love to her family,
Mary & Michael Moser

It is with deep sorrow that we extend our sincere sympathy to all of Patty Herlinger's family and friends following this unfortunate occurrence.

We consider ourselves to be among the very fortunate frequenters of Heritage Park because we treasure the many chat visits we enjoyed with Patty. Though being a dedicated distance runner, she was always happy to take a break in stride and spend time with slower-moving folks like us along with our canine quartet. Both we and the dogs always came away from these encounters with buoyed spirits because of Patty's sincere and dynamic personality. Like everyone else, we will miss her cheerful demeanor and infectious smile.

Ed and Bernice Waltz and canine companions.

Pat was our neighbor and it was common to see her walking her dog or running along the road in the dark very early every morning. She also ran at Heritage Park on the weekends. She always gave a cheery greeting in passing or stopped to chat for a few minutes. Her dedication to her health, job and family made her special. And she will be missed.
