My dear precious brother. I was your shadow growing up. I followed you everywhere even when you didn't want me to. You would give me a quarter to go away. I kept the quarter and didn't go away. You taught me how to dance in or living room. It was only the 2-step but it was a start. One of my favorite memories is waltzing with you at Mike's wedding. I'll shadow you in my dreams and waltz with you in my heart. Teeny.

Oh how I loved my Uncle Russ. He was a very good and kind man. He always made me feel like a special neice. I remember sitting on his lap when
I was about three and he let me wear his Army hat. Every trip to Cincy included a visit with Riss and Ruth. He was always so welcoming even when I brought my grandson and his friend. I always felt so honored when he would share family and service memories with me. Hugs and prayers to Nancy, Mike, Juanita and families. Love, Teresa (Slaughter) Barr and family.
