My condolences to the family. I had gotten to know Alan over the past few months while going to visit my uncle at the Oaks at Sweeten Creek. He was always so kind and asked me often about my wedding planning and life. I once hit my head while getting an item off the floor there, and Alan, as kind as can be, got out of bed and rushed over to make sure I was okay! It's my first day going back to the Oaks today since I heard this sad news, it will feel so strange to not be bringing Alan some KFC tonight. My thoughts are with you in this trying time.

My sincere condolences to family and friends. May the God who binds up the brokenhearted and comforts all who mourn, sustain your family during this difficult time - Isaiah 61:1, 2.
