Randy Cole
Spruce Pine - Randy Cole, age 60, of Galax Trail in Spruce Pine gathered hands with his Savior on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at his home.
Born on July 13, 1957 in Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Glen and Donnie Hensley Cole. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother; Harlon Cole.
Randy was a member of The Bridge Church of Western North Carolina in Spruce Pine. He loved the Lord and his family. He will be remembered for his love of fishing, hunting, and playing the guitar. He also enjoyed being by a river and loved the beach.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife; Angie D. Cole of Spruce Pine; his daughters; Stephanie Cole Fleming and husband, James of Mars Hill and Natalie Cole of Mars Hill; his step children; Camden Oaks of Spruce Pine and Chelsea Reagan of Hendersonville; his granddaughter; Taylor Cole of Mars Hill; his sisters; Ava Norton of Mars Hill and Edna Messer and husband, Thad of Canton; and his brother; Melvin Cole and wife, Mafre of Leicester.
The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence at the memorial service honoring the life of Randy Cole on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 12:00 noon at the Bridge Church of W.N.C. in Spruce Pine with Pastor Tom Anglin and Pastor Keith Dockins officiating. A time to support the family, share memories and receive friends will be on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 11:00 am until the service hour at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to; Hospice and Palliative Care of the Blue Ridge, 236 Hospital Drive, Spruce Pine, NC 28777.
The family would like to extend a special 'Thank You' to Hospice and Palliative Care of the Blue Ridge and to Cancer Care of W.N.C. for their wonderful care of Randy.
