Steve was a loyal friend and father. Hard working and calm, he always had a smile and a chuckle to brighten one's day. I know he will be missed by all.

Dear Steves Family,
We are so honored to have been able to call Steve our friend! He was always smiling, joking and such a positive presence no matter where you saw him. He never changed and thats what i admired the most!
I just know he will be watching over you all! He loved his family dearly, and boy did it ever show.
Rest in peace my friend, Steve. We will all see you again one day!
Family, you are all in our prayers......Your Steve was one good dude and never to be forgotten!!!!!

Steve is a distant cousin on my Dad's side. We visited him and his folks a few times many years ago when Steve and I were both little fellows, in Madison County. He was 3 years younger than me. I've not seen any of the family in many years.
Lula Thorpe was my grandmother's (Mary Ruetta Hensley) sister. My condolences to the family.
