Frances Irene Harris Hunnicutt
Barnardsville - Frances Irene Harris Hunnicutt, 91, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, August 7, 2018. She was a native of Buncombe County and daughter of the late J. J. and Lilly Allen Harris. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Edward F. Hunnicutt, son, Steve Hunnicutt, five sisters, and grandchildren, Wendy and Tony Hunnicutt Ms. Hunnicutt was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Marjorie Webb (Jimmy Fowler); son, Jesse Hunnicutt; sister, Alice Fulp; brother, Franklin Harris; grandchildren, Chris Webb, Felesia Norton, Amy Sparks, Sandra, Darla, Douglas, Justin and Autumn Hunnicutt; great grandchildren, Stephanie Martinez, Emilee Robinson and Adam Webb and a number of great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Friday, August 10, 2018 at Barnardsville Church of God with Reverend Daniel Reid officiating. Burial will follow in the Harris Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
