Happy Birthday dear heart. You were always on my mind.

I am very saddened to hear about Jim. I visited the store right after he had his stroke and he gave me a hug and told me how happy he was to see me. Jim was as honest as they come. He was always very kind and helpful. I have many wonderful Lionel pieces that I purchased from Jim. I appreciated the some sixteen years that I shopped at his store. I will miss his winning smile and great talks we had. Myron Ralston

Jimmy: Every once in awhile(not as frequently as I would like)Bob Pallat and I would go to the Train Shop and we would bring donuts or other delicacies. We would drink coffee and eat donuts for a couple of hours. He also did some repairs on a couple of my Lionel train accessories. We also discovered that he was a distant cousin of Bob's. He was from Byesville, Ohio. He also liked to talk about his Corvette.

There were MANY good memories there, Jimmy. Now you have earned your place in Heaven. Let us know if there are Lionel trains up there.

Rest in Peace, Jimmy.
