May you RIP.
My condolences to the entire family. He was the best principal any kid could ever ask for!! It's been a lot of years but you have never been forgotten!!

Mr. Fowler was what leadership and integrity was all about. He was one of the finest principals Parma City Schools ever had. I remember him telling me at my interview at John Glenn Elementary that there had been many music teachers who had come and gone and was I up to the challenge to see how long I stayed there. I was there for 26 years. He was one of the main reasons for that endurance. He was a principal at the time who visited each classroom and knew all the kids by name. He took time to know what the teachers were doing in their classrooms and cared deeply about the education of the students. What a light he was at John Glenn Elementary. He will be fondly remembered.
