Betty Jeanne Jendro of Washougal, WA, passed away on Feb. 4, 2019. She was 92 years old. Betty was born on Feb. 24, 1926 to parents John and Myrl Thomas in Cottonwood, SD. In 1929, the family moved to Camas, WA, where she graduated from Camas High School.
Betty married David J. Jendro, and they settled in Washougal. They had two boys together. She held several jobs over the years in downtown Camas, including the Liberty Theater and Economy Drug.
Betty is survived by her sons, David John Jendro (Teri) of Sunriver, OR and Thomas James Jendro (Rita) of Washougal, WA; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Jendro; brother, William Thomas; sister, Lois Bellinger; and her parents, Mryl and John Thomas.
