Carlene Kennedy

Carlene Kennedy, 90, of Franklin, TN, formerly of Bartlett, TN, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017. Mrs. Kennedy was a graduate of Memphis Beauty School and a beautician for more than 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, James Melvin Kennedy. Mrs. Kennedy is survived by her son, Steve Kennedy (Brenda), her daughter Vicki McNalley (Ron), as well as four grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m., until service time at 10 a.m., on Friday, February 24 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. Bartlett, TN 38133.

God granted me the most precious and loving Mother for 68 years. My heart is breaking but I know she is smiling because she has no more tears and no pain. She is in the arms of our Lord and Savior.
