Continuing to pray for you and your family
November 9, 2017
Lonnie was a cherished friend of mine and my husband, Fred Wilson. They played tennis in tournaments years ago. He was a giving person and will be missed. He loved his daughters and granddaughter and spoke of them often.

Mr. Nelly was an outstanding teacher ,father and role model. I had the pleasure of being one of his band students and this man left a great impression on my life. One of my Fondest Memories at Graceland Junior High was at a band practice when I finally hit the correct note on my French horn. Mr. Nelly gave me that look of accomplishment. That has been some 30 years ago and I still remember today how it made me feel.

To the family of Mr. Lonnie Neely, as a former student, let me offer my condolences and prayers for your strength during this time of sorrow.
