Otis forever changed my life! He was my first dance teacher at the age of 3, I went on to dance for 35 years! He was Funny, sweet and very talented. He and my Mom also danced together at Martha Scott School of Dance. I had the pleasure of being in many High school Musicals that he Choreographed. Everyone LOVED Otis! With his Coke in hand and his cane in the other he changed so many lives. RIP sweet man and dance your way through heaven! You will forever be remembered. Donna Hodges Hammonds

I took dancing lessons from Otis at Martha Scott School of Dance. He was a very kind man, and creative dance instructor. My mother took dancing with him when they were in high school, and 2 of my kids took lessons from him as well. He will be missed.

R.I.P., Otis.
