We still hold the memory of Dr. Smith in our hearts, prayers and minds. He was surely a doctor's doctor, fulfilling all the tenets of both his profession and his faith. His name arose recently with some friends, and we all had nothing but the best in our memories of him as his patients. May he continue to rest in the peace of his Lord and Savior and in the loving memories of those he so faithfully served. Ann Forsyth

Dr. Smith was one of the most caring person I have ever known although our relationship was short lived I first saw him in October and had surgery in November. My last visit was in January. When I heard of his death I felt like my arm had been cut off. I can't explain the impact it had on me. The only consolation was that I knew he was with our Lord and Savior. Even though we would love to have him back I know he wouldn't trade places because he was a believer in Christ before anything else.

I just found out about Dr Smiths passing. I cannot express how saddened I am. Dr. Smith has done four surgeries on me. He was the only doctor I trusted. I felt so safe with him as he prayed over me prior to surgery. He always has a smile and good word to say. Rest In Peace Dr. Smith and in the arms of the Lord.

Dear Dr. Smith family - We were so very saddened to read of Dr. Smith's passing. We know he was a wonderful doctor and great friend to Dr. Ralph Goodman, also our doctor. We pray that Dr. Stan is now with his Lord and Savior, as he was a beautifully spiritual doctor to me at the time of a surgery he performed. We recommended him to just about everyone, and they felt the same love and admiration for him, as did we. With deepest sympathies and prayerful thoughts for you all during this grieving time. Dr. Smith performed my surgery last year. I only saw him a few times but he made an impact on me. He had the very best bedside manner, was funny, and didn't hide his love for the Lord. My husband and I loved the fact that he prayed with us before my surgery. RIP Dr. Smith and prayers to your family.

Stan was such a dear, dear man! I have counted my blessings to be his friend! He stopped to visit my sister every day when she had bypass surgery even though she was not officially his patient. He then called me with details. When my friend who had worked with Stan at the VA needed medical attention for a biopsy, Stan made it happen. Each time my friend went for a follow up, Stan held our hands and led us in prayer. Heaven has a wonderful new angel 'Doc'...Peace be with you Linda and ALL those who loved Stan as much as I do!!!

I met the wonderful Dr. Smith back in December. He has been such a blessing to my family and I. He always prayed with me at the office and before and after my surgery.
