To my best friend for 50 years. We could write a book about the fun things we have shared. I'll miss talking to you every day and running around and going places on the spur of the moment. As the song says "Memories are in the corner of my mind." Thanks to your Family for letting me share your last days. A friend is a friend forever....

My family lived next door to Carolyn and Terry, Terri Lynn and Troy for many years in Houston. Our families spent quite a bit of time together both in Houston and up near Houston County Lake -- riding dirt bikes, boating and fishing. Carolyn had such a spirit of fun and I can still think back and hear her laugh all these years later. My condolences go out to all of her loved ones and family.

So sorry to hear of Carolyn's death. We were together often as kids at Grannie Sprayberrys house. I thought she was a pretty little girl. I saw her at Edith's a few years ago and she was still pretty. May God bless all of you at this sad time.

Momma Gibson always treated me like I was her son.. I will always remember going to her house and frying fish, going to family birthdays. She always gave good advice and was a great person to keep me in line when my mom was not close to kick me in the tail. I will forver miss her and her laugh. We may have lost her here on earth but I know she is up in heaven looking down upon us and looking for someplace to fish with my dad. I love ya Momma Gibson!!

Nanny was always such a nice and inviting person. When my mom and troy first got together she came to me with open arms and loved me as her grandaughter even though she didnt have to. I used to walk to her house from my moms and we would just sit there having a good ole time talking, watching movies, and she always had me some kettle corn cause it was my favorite. She was the type of person that always put everyone else before her and I absolutely loved that about her. I also remember when I was little and just started band in school, I would go to her house and play my trumpet for her (which was more like torchering her ears) and she would tell me it was sooooo good even though it was horrible. Im going to miss her a lot and her funny stories.

To one amazing Lady, Caroyln. No one will ever fill your shoes. You will be missed by so many including me. Your matter of fact advice, unconditional love you had for your family and friends, caring spirit, strength and just being you! God has received one amazing Angel but is he prepared for you taking over the Heavens above:) Love you and miss you so much.

We had gone to the Spring Country Club to swim. On the way back I put my shoes on the running board of the truck. When we got back to Carolyn's parent's house, my shoes had fallen off. We went back looking for them but only found one. Carolyn was giving me a hard time about this so I told her I would cut off one leg if she would quite fussing at me. She said that I would probably cut off the wrong one.

So sorry to hear about the death of Carolyn. When we were kids, we used to visit a lot at Grand Mother Sprayberrys. When we got grown, we all kind of lost touch. God bless the family. Our prayers are with you.

We will miss you Carolyn. Loving memories are ours to cherish. We are so happy that we were able to spend a little one on one time with you when Troy brought you out to our house to get some of Daisy's milk (even though you didn't like raw milk). With love always, your cousins,
