I had the privilege of meeting Cass through my friend, her daughter, Colleen. Cass would brighten up your day and always give you encouragement that all will work out for the best. She was generous beyond words and always wanted the best for everyone. She really felt like family to me. We would compare stories of my family growing up in New Jersey and hers. What a wonderful person she was and will remain in everyone's heart.

I will always remember Cass (my best friend...as I called her over the phone from the grammar school). Cass had a heart of gold and a smile that would light up any room! I am so happy we stopped to visit several weeks ago. I never expected that to be our last visit. Enjoy your eternal reward...I know you are with our Dear Lord! You will be missed...and noone will ever be able replace your smile! Love and miss you,
Mary Ann McCann

I will always remember my Aunt Cass. Even as I visited her during her last days, she was still then a very vibrant person, whose spirit was never broken. Her vivaciousness made her stand out from everyone else. A very special woman who I was blessed to have as my Aunt. She will always remain in my heart.

My deepest sympathies go out to her immediate family,

Loretta Wood and family
