We first met Charlie when his wife and I worked on the Atlantic City Expressway. He had a gruff and stern voice, but deep inside he was a very kind and fair man. My wife and I visited him right after Marie passed away and he walked around the house in his underwear. That was Charlie. RIP Charlie, give Marie a hug and kiss.

I first met Charles when his wife Marie and I worked at the Atlantic City Expressway. He had become the Troop A Commender. A very stern man with a gruff voice, but a very kind and fair man when you spoke with him. He had a very unique personality. My wife and I visited him right after Marie passed away. He walked around the house in his underwear. That was Charlie. RIP Charles, give Marie a hug and kiss for us.
